Sing in the shower!

Lay down on your back, in the green grass and look at the clouds on the blue sky – figure out what they look like.

Call a long lost friend and tell them you just wanted to make sure they’re ok.

Tell somebody you miss them, and mean what you say.

Tell somebody you care, and show them.

Go to the lake at 5 AM, shut up and listen!

Give your loved one a kiss and tell them they  still beautiful (don’t be such a bloody macho!)

Hug more!

Kiss more!

Give more teddy bears

Go out in the rain, close your eyes and smell the air

Take a long hot bath with lots of bubbles

Instigate conversation with a complete stranger

Open your mind to other people

Try to understand them!

Take dancing lessons with the one you love

Don’t give your money to a beggar – take him for a cup of coffee or a bowl of soup

Read the ‘Chicken Soup’ books

Stand up for what you believe in but don’t be afraid to change your believes

Go to the beach, lie down, close your eyes and listen the laughing children and the ocean

Get a good massage

Give a good massage

Participate actively in society

Turn off your cell phone for a day

Turn off your TV for two

Have dinner together with your family…at home!

Play a board game with your husband/wife and kids

Cry at a beautiful movie!

Share your inner feelings with the one you love

Don’t bear grudges

Learn to forgive

Once a year, go somewhere you’ve never been before

Perform random acts of kindness

Bake cookies at home, together with your family

Know your wants, your needs and learn the difference

Listen to the silence of the night

Laugh more and don’t be afraid of other people’s reaction

Learn from other people

See the beauty in diversity

Learn a foreign language

Break with traditions – establish new ones

Go out on a limb

Just once in your life, go sky diving!

Tell your parents you still love them

Twice a year, take a hotel room for the night (without kids!), lock yourself in and spend all night in the room with your partner

Have breakfast in bed the following morning

Focus more on what makes us similar and less on what sets us apart

Try to be a better person

Be positive

Pick more flowers

Be sincere in everything you say and do

Go for a long walk on the beach

Drink more hot chocolate

Respect yourself

Respect others

Follow your heart!

Listen to beautiful music

 

Volunteer your time helping others – you can’t even imagine the benefits you reap!!
