I have always recommended anyone to get those "precious pictures" done when you are young and "decent looking". Because as we grow older, our physical beauty disappears, and once you hit the higher numbers, it's always nice to have those beautiful memories to look back on, with a smile on your face, and go: "Ya, I was beautiful and sexy back then".
You will get the raw pictures, as in un-edited, and then you are free to PhotoShop & LightRoom them anyway you want, so you can get them exactly the way you like them.
It should be said, that obviously different people have different opinions on what "sexy" is. But on a general note, from a photographic perspective, it's not about how much you show, but how you show it. More often than not, covering up slightly, is way more powerful than "letting it all hang out". It's what you also refer to as "the tease factor". You are playing with people's mind, their imagination; they think they see something they really don't. So let them burn and die to see more.
