Foreword:

Just like "car" doesn't tell you whether you have an old East German "Trabi" or an modern day Italian Maserati, "Ice cream" can be many different things. What I make is sorbet. The healthiest and most refreshing type. Consisting of water, sugar, egg whites and fresh fruit or juices/pulp in the right balance, it's 100% fat and dairy (lactose) free and can therefor not only be enjoyed by everyone but is also way more refreshing and contains zero crap that is not nessecary.
Here are 35 to start out with:


  • All sorbets are $ 20 each and come in a 600 ml jug.
  • All sorbets are made fresh from scratch upon ordering and require a 24 hrs freezing before pick-up.
  • Highest purity on market and only highest quality ingredients used.
