It's about getting away from the toxic idustrial garbage you've been eating so far; the socalled "industrial edible substances". It's about eating healthy. Real bread, European style, loaded on nutrition and flavour.
It's about variety and pleasant surprises. Creativity and imagination. It's about new experiences and the joy of eating something good for a change: I'll make you the dough, which weighs in at anywhere between 0.9 and 1.5 kg, depending on what's in it. You bake it in the comfort of your own home (I'll be happy to help you with advice and tips), so that you get to pull that fresh hot loaf right out of your oven and enjoy all the flavours and aromas.
Each dough is $ 20 and big enough for two loaves and no, you don't get to pick and chose. Then the element of surprise would be gone, wouldn't it? But feel free to hint or suggest what you would like. I do acknowledge that some people have certain things they can't eat. I'll create something for you to get excited about.
