Operating with daily and weekly rates, you are always in charge of how much consultation you need. Daily is defined as one day of eight hours and weekly is defined as 5 consecutive days of eight hours. So whether you just need me to have a look at a problem you have with some bread and suggest procedural changes to improve  your product, or you are in the process of opening a bakery or coffee shop but are not quite sure about the proper layout to maximize efficiency and your bottom line, you have options available to  you that will help you in the long term. Maybe you have some doubts about what equipment, oven, mixer, proofer you need for your new place. But have a talk with me first, before you commit to anything.

The not-so-fine print (read it!!):

Rates: $ 750/day, $ 3500/week, payable in full at time of booking but 75% refundable if cancelled min. 48 hours prior to commencement. Travel expenses (outside lower mainland) may apply.
