Not bad for a 60 year old with arthritis in both knees and who hasn't trained for 30 years, but I like that attitude, that personality; shut up and just do it. Quit whining and looking for excuses. It must be the Viking DNA in me: "No pain, no gain". "Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional".
